Absolutely the best! In time of crisis they were there for me. Excellent! The staff in ICU and on the medical ward saved me. Can’t thank Dr Vavi enough….he was awesome. Efficient and fast….everything tested……Dr was 👌
I recently had the pleasure of being cared for by Nurse Beatrice Mthethwa, and I am truly grateful for her exceptional service. Beatrice was incredibly loving, patient, and comforting throughout my stay. Her willingness to assist with every concern and need made a significant difference in my experience. Her genuine care and dedication were evident in every interaction. Thank you, Beatrice, for your outstanding care and kindness. You are truly an asset to the healthcare profession. You were the highlight of my stay.
As for the rest of my stay, I waited 3 hours for a bed even though I did pre- admission online and waited an hour for my medication in the pharmacy when I was discharged. Service quality can definitely improve!!

Big shout out to Tebogo at Pinehaven. I called the hospital to get some help, as I was having issues with the pre-admission online. She went far and beyond to help me complete the process. Called me back and updated me promptly. It is refreshing to deal with someone who is friendly and efficient! Well done
