Trying to get help from the reception desk is like praying for rain in the desert. You sit and wait in rows whilst the single person at the back of the counter sits on the phone for more than approx. 20 min at a time.
Your Netcare website on the self-help terminals at the hospital is another miracle yet to happen, slow, slow and not the most user friendly system out there. Linking a profile to the main user is an exercise in futility and desk help?? what a question she is on the phone.
back home – Phone Netcare customer service ???? needless to say, “your call is important to us we are experiencing unusually call volumes”

Poor and unpleasant experience from the nurses in the pediatric ward. They act like they doing your favour, especially nurse Lindokuhle, she’s got a sticking attitude. Because of her, my family and I will no longer utilize this hospital even though it’s down the road from my house
From the reception at casualty nonsense.
And between casualty and x-ray department another nonsense. Basically the hospital is a no no.
She’s the best gynaecologist in the west Rand and cares for her patients
