Had the best experience in maternity ward..the staff was super friendly and made my stay comfortable
I am sure the state hospital service is better
We haven’t received any feedback from Dr Marius Janse van Rensburg since my grandmother had a heart attack and needed to be resuscitated last week. The week before that also nothing. The children have spoken to the head of the Netcare Pinehaven hospital, and to nurses with absolutely no feedback. Numbers have been shared numerous times and the nurses keep saying that the doctor will call but nothing. What does one have to do.
Terrible staff bedside manners ! i literally heard the Nursing staff laughing off patients threatening to sue for malpractice ! Blood dripping and staying on patient beds for days at a time ! rude and condescending nurses literally shoving patients out of the way! inability to provide my 86 year old grand mother with a chair during visiting hours … if you love your family do not take them to Pinehaven they are inhumane and desensitised … also they keep patients for extended days for no reason.
Was in Er for 8 hours before been admitted in to a ward. Stayed a total of 4 hours before checking myself out.
Broken facilities , no hot water, rude staff who neglect the basic needs of the patient.
