It will be my first time in Pholoso Netcare Polokwane….Looking at the reviews I’m just not happy and will be giving birth there soon.I’m thinking of asking my Gynaecologist for a transfer letter..What is their service standard and where is management in all of this..I heard about my cousin friend that she was mistreated there hence I came into the review’s.I’m so sceptical
It was an emergency at 2 o’clock in the morning and We waited for 3 hours just for them to tell us that they did not have the injection that we came for. If we did not get irritated and went to ask them what was taking so long, they wouldn’t have followed up and we would’ve waited probably more than 3 hours. Then they forget to give us an prescription and we had to go back and when we arrive they are all sleeping. I wanted to go to the bathroom and the one they sent me to was not clean.
It was not a good experience.
Pathetic service trying to collect a prescription !
Took over half an hour before i was helped and there were only two people in the pharmacy.
People who work here dont seem to want to help you.
RUN…don’t say I didn’t warn you. Useless hospital.
