This hospital really outdoes itself when it comes to poor service. It’s like they pride themselves in being the worst private hospital to ever treat patients because how is it that after so many negative reviews and feedback there is no improvement? You are most probably better off at Medi-clinic because Netcare Pholosho is very unprofessional and pathetic. Also, Dr Mawila is highly arrogant and concieted, he clearly thinks hospitals are a place to nurse his ego. Don’t waste your time and money on doctors who’s main concern is being so full of themselves.
Very poor experience, first aid, a patient gets admitted at 4pm and till the next day around 11 no doctor has seen the patient,
When the doctor finally sees the patient around 12 pm, they tell u we shall see you at 4pm, and dissappear on you, and you will be told your case is not emergency, yet they are billing you,
They much more into making money
I would just like to thank all the doctors, sisters, nurses, cleaning and catering staff during my mom’s hospitalization. They were all efficient and caring. In a word they were wonderful.
