Very very poor service.
Each time we go there either ourself or with the kids we wait a minimum of 3 hours if not longer then you spend another hour in the pharmacy to get your medication.
I’m sure a government hospital would be more effective.
This is the emergency section if you want to see a doctor.
No matter what sickness you have there’s only 1 word olivedale and their doctors knows and that’s ‘viral infection ‘ they don’t have any other explanation ever.
Olivedale pharmacy always only have person helping,there’s no space inside for customers they way they take so long.
And it’s each and everytime the same thing happens.
They urgently need to get more experienced doctors and urgently needs to work more efficiently.Sick people nd children can’t be waiting 2-3 hours to see a doctor just for them to say it’s a viral infection each and everytime.
We will definitely use wilgeheuwil hospital next time! Although Olivedale is walking distance.

I went to Netcare when I got very sick I made every payment that was requested and up till today they are keeping calling me from different numbers stating that I have outstanding payment due. I am very sick and tired of this to hear that the best private hospital working with scams
I was admitted to olivedale hospital at Section 7 for my surgery, The service from Staff was very very bad. No staff engagement, no feeling of compassion and poor service. These a nurse by the name of Mahlodi her attitude is horrible. She does not represent the Netcare very well. I’m so disappointed my stay was terrible.
