I was very impressed with my experience at the emergency unit. The Sisters went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and I’m so grateful for their kindness. They really put me at ease during a very scary time. The ED doctor was spectacular and very thorough. Thank you Netcare Olivedale
You turned away my friend 2x in 1 weekend, you just gave him painkillers. That time dude has a kidney infection. Your ER staff needs serious training on medical protocols and patient care.
The guy literally collapsed on your premises and you only offered a wheelchair and laxatives for his constipation. Such negligence! You deserve to be sued
My fiance went into the ER at 9am this morning, it is now 6pm in the evening, he had a tempreture of 39 degrees, possible infection or influenza. He is a kidney transplant patient, he has been sitting in severe pain the whole day and no one has given him any treatment at all. They admitted him to the hospital at 12pm and no one has medicated him since. His condition has gotten so bad that he has now thrown up. This is unacceptable poor careless, inhuman treatment from a Netcare facility. I would not recommend such a careless place to entrust with sick loved ones.
Peadatric ward could do a make over, other nurses could be friendlier and improve on their communication. 3 stars goes to the few exceptional achievers that made our stay better. Shout out to sister Lindie and sister Ruth for always going above and beyond ❤️ if I could have them everytime them I’d be happy !!! Sister Fikele and sister Mosemela also were friendly and helpful
