Dr book a person into hospital without medical aid knowing anything. I arrived at 5pm but only got meds at 23h00 in the night. Noisty staff, dont know how a patient must rest like this-But there’s signs up for people to be quiet. Eeveryone contradicts one another. Freaking circus.
The worst service I ever received, the staff has poor customer service, from welcoming and during the stay.

At Netcare Ferncrest in Tlhabane, the nurses are so rude-you ring the bell to get help about the drip as the machines sometimes stops running. When coming to help they always complain, until they ended up switching off that machine for my wife and she was very sick she needed that drip. When she report that she has headache and her tongue is sore they never gave her something to treat that.
They only give medication once a day for someone whose condition is critical, and can you imagine.
They are just failing to stop diarrhoea and vomiting, like how is that even possible for professionals? I am not happy at all.
