Emergency department bad !

My 5 old month baby is sick . I called in to speak to a docter , they keep transferring me to departments. Went to the emergency room , lady name Charmaine, I explained my situation to her and first thing she asked was what do I suggest she do ? I mean obviously we want to see a docter . Very bad , that hospital must just close it doors because they dont know anything about customer service or medical.

I am admiited at the Emergency unit of Ferncrest . I fell at home and injured my right eye and my knees. Ihad operation last year on both my knees.The nurse checked my blood pressure and vital signs. She did not clean my wound.The Doctor had to clean my wound first to check how bad I was injured. He instructed them to give me 2 injections (1 for pains and the other one to prevent infections. I waited for more than 20 minutes and I am in pain. Nurses were busy chatting and making noise.The Doctor came to check me again and saw that the nurses have not given me the injections as prescribed. He instructed them to do so immediately. Then later after 10 minutes came a nurse to give me the injections. I complained about the bad service and that I am in pain. She apologized and gave me a form to take X rays but I had to walk by myself no potter was called to take me there. She told me potters don’t come when they call them. I am at the X-ray department and waiting in a queue to take X-ray. I am feeling dizzy but have to sit in a chair and wait for my turn to be assisted.

Since admission, poor send me to xrays alone, unplug my drip due to they are to busy to attend to patients. Forgot my file and cant find it. Ring the bell with no assistance. If you ask a question they get mad at the patients. Toilets very dirty. No water in bathroom
