The worst experience ever. The cleaners made us wait for 3 hours because they were cleaning and taking their sweet time. They do not care about visitors who travelled long distance at all.
The worst hospital to be admitted in. If you have the choice go anywhere else but here. Doctors go mia and don’t answer calls. They admit people for no reason just to make money. They are dragging out tests etc to claim from medical aid.
Cannot possibly overstate how bad this hospital is. From parking, to blood labs service to Dr’s suites. It’s so unfortunate and it’s only gotten worse over the past two years. For a disabled person, even worse. No consideration whatsoever. Avoid at every cost if possible. Urgh.
I am very disappointed in the treatment at this hospital, my grandfather was admitted two weeks ago and we still haven’t seen any doctor or heard any diagnosis, he walked in the hospital now he is bed bound (can’t walk or talk). Today we found out that they want to discharge him. I’m so disappointed at the level of care they offer.
