Very poor service delivery, this hospital is worst than the public hospital. The admins are so rude and mean, nurses make lot of noise.
Dr Moisiuoa Mehlolo’s reception is so rude and they refuse to help out my client she needs the docter to complete a form for her claim yet no emails answered and no phone calls it is just ignored and when they do answer they are so rude and not willing to help. Just know that if you get submitted to this hospital the chance of you completing your paperwork in order to finalize a claim is close to impossible. This is a disgrace for a private hospital, you expect it from a public institution but not a private hospital !!!!!
Admitted today around 11am,was not provided with lunch meal,had to ask and beg before I get the meal,again for supper,no meal for me and told the food are finished
I’m very thankful and appreciative to have been in the hands of a loving and caring staff at your institution. You have been a wonderful help to me and other patients I shared a room with.Deepest gratitude goes to Ms Ntsimane from the kitchen.Your patience mam and humblenes was amazing! How can I forget Sister Emily Mokoe who did her work with diligence and dedication. You guys are really applauded 👏👏👏
