Absolutely horrible! I went to the ER last as I cut my toe very deep and needed stitches only to find out for 2 yes 2 stitches will cost you R3800! I am so disgusted by this and the fact that they did not even care that I was in pain…I can now see why the government is coming for these “places of care” I was not even assisted as I had to limp my way to the ER! Pathetic!!
Best hospital and staff I met so far. The doctors and susters in ICU are fantastic. They have so much compassion for their patients and there family. They keep you up to date every time they see their patients.
I had to take my mum to hospital for a minor procedure.
Dolly on reception was so unfriendly and rude, she didn’t engage with us at all. As front of reception you would expect someone to be friendly and have some patient care.
Thank goodness for Themba on admissions who made up for Dolly. He was extremely friendly and made the experience so much better.

Absolutely excellent service from Dr Warren en the Sister who was on duty. Took my son there with a minor emergency and the dr and staff made me feel very comfortable as well as gave my son very good care.
