I’m very happy with the service
If I could give a a lower score I would, the staff was great and professional but the hospital itself is “skelm”. In December 2023 I had food poisoning and went to casualties, because I do not have a medical aid I was told there was a R1500.00 deposit which I then paid. In January I received a bill from Netcare for R1502.00, this was for being admitted and drip and so on. Because of my R1500.00 deposit the balance was R2.00, I am happy. Then in March I received a bill from North Coast Emergency Services for R960.00, turns out Netcare Ballito contracts out this company to place doctors in casualties. What is the use of Netcare Casualties then? I didn’t seek help from North Coast Emergencies I seek’ed help from Netcare Ballito!
No one ever answers the phones when you call this hospital.
