A good all-round medical centre for all your needs. I usually come for the dentistry and I haven’t had any complaints. There is a pharmacy and even a coffee + snack shop
I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the doctor’s service and competence. After a frightening medical incident, I had to wait for days to get my results, even though they said they would call me the next day. They did not seem to care about my situation and told me they were busy. The standard of care is dropping. The Ampath there is abysmal with patient support and communication. I do not recommend this centre to anyone who values their health and well-being. They need to improve their communication, prioritization, and education skills.
Still waiting for Invoice to be emailed. They did not have facility to print it on the day I saw the Doctor. Have had many problems before with reception at this facility.
Amazing, I was visiting the dermatologist for any cancer spots which she kindly burnt out. Service from the doctors and staff was incredible
Terrible service. They don’t do what they say and change their policies every time I interact with them. The reception staff is extremely rude, immature and seems to lack basic people skills (especially the red head “centre manager”). It’s sad because I can physically see the decline in service (since I’ve used them for years). My family and I will be taking our business somewhere else. Oh and ps: don’t bother updating your personal details via their portal, it won’t pull through and they’ll still send the bill to your old medical aid.
