Dr Alison Perk and Doctor Paula Wright are two doctors I see when I go in and I recommend them. They take the time to ask questions and be accurate with their diagnosis, answering questions, and giving additional information related to overall health and care. I believe part of this is NHC’s approach to not overbooking their doctors and creating the space for a more thorough consultation. I will go back.
I phoned and was booked for a Root Canal by reception at the dentist department.
Only for them to call me(20 minutes before my appointment) and ask to move my appointment to a later date (2 days later) whilst I told them I am in pain and urgently need help.
The reason they gave is that the doctors chair is broken and cannot see me. How can a big institution like the N.H.C not have backup equipment to stand in when stuff like this happen. It is already such a massive mission just to get a dentist appointment.
Extremely disappointed.
The reception is friendly. but the Dr EC Bierman service is bad.

Great facility. GPs and dentists all excellent. Always up to date with the latest technology and techniques.
