I was too ill to remember much. I do know that they processed my admission efficiently though. Be aware that in load shedding their generator noise can wake you up from a coma. No kidding it’s loud and disturbing. I do have reason to believe they were quite under staffed during those days that I was hospitalised. Maybe due to December Holidays…
Service is absolutely shocking. I have never experienced anything like this. Only one doctor on duty in the emergency section. It’s been over three hours since we first arrived. My child needs two stitches and we can be off. I would not recommend coming here. Rather go to Redimed 24 or go to Netcare hospital by Savanah Mall.

Great service. I want to thank all staff at Ward H very friendly and looking after all there pasient.
My husband is admitted there since he has been moved to ward C he has been receiving bad service from the nurses they are treating him very badly like public nurses, even when he calls for help no one show up and is in very much pains ,nurses took time to check up of patients if they are still fine .tonight since he asked 1 nurse to bring him another extra blanket as he is feeling cold that nurse never returned, 2 hours already passed she did not come back ,when he rang the bell no one attend to tha t Moe’s this is not private hospital is public and we are paying lots of money for nothing
