Holding on for over half hour and no one pick up. Trying to get hold of case manager.
The pediatric ward gets full stars even though my baby’s bottles disappeared. Their service and the ward is so warm, comforting and what friendly staff. The rest of the hospital is okay.
Non of 4 numbers are answering! 3 emergency numbers and front desk. Can’t get hold of them to check on my mom. Unacceptable
