Absolute rip-off = I am shocked at the claims submitted by psychiatrists and psychologists are charging for their service while I was admitted – If I could I would inform discovery that their doctors are inflating their costs and even submitting claims for sessions I didn’t attend – pity Discovery doesn’t know… perhaps I should report them… FRAUD!!
I’ve been there twice this year and I’ve met some amazing people, patients, staff, doctors which help me understand the mental health that I was diagnosed st a young age BUT SOME staff members do not know what customer service is so because of those few rotten potatoes in the bag who ill treated me in my birthday and mother’s day month. If I ever have a relapse again, I never want to see myself landing in Poortview ever🥺😦😧😨😰😥😢
