Sat at casualties for over 2 hours with a yellow sticker. Eventually got called to the back, just so there for another half an hour, when i got up to look for help. Nurses laughing and eating, having a ball. I asked one of the nurses if there is a Dr and if so, when shall he see us? She said, there is only 1 Dr and its very busy. There are still 5 more files before mine. Are you kidding me!!!!! How is there only 1 Dr at Casualties on a weekend? You think any of us want to be there? No! But we cant wait for Monday to see a Dr because we need help immediately! Your service is pathetic! It is a shame what Midmed Hospital had come to.

My stay at the hospital was very bad because of Sr Visagie in ward 6 it started when I told her she’s too loud and in a fighting mode all the times and that makes my anxiety condition worse I struggled to sleep in that ward, due to that she didn’t give me medication I had to

Wait for the night shift staff to attend to me, after theatre I had a sore throat I asked that she calls the dr and ask what she can give me she didn’t do that. I was treated very bad.
