I experienced very bad service after being treated i had to pay huge amount which i didn’t had before i go home ,the lady at the paying point at casualty she said if i don’t hv that money i wont be able to go home,i had to borrow money from loans so that i can pay n able to go home. I was o frustrated because at the beginning they said i will pay r200 because i was using medical aid, in my surprise that i had to pay r559 for administration process..what the hell!!! Midmed is turning to the day light robbery to their patiens. Im still angry even now..they should explain to be before treating me than holding me hostage for not having money at that moment
Worst service ever!!! Nurses are rude and ignorant.Rooms are congested with poor ventilation.Bathrooms are dirty and don’t cater to all patients.Personally wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone
