My husband was there for almost 3 weeks. Dr was ok but the service was terrible. He just go from bad to worse. They dont care about patients. My husband is skin and bone. They didnt even help him to go to the bathroom or help him to the toilet. The rooms is so hot, no aircons is on. No ventilation. From a good hospital to this. What is happening to private hospitals. You pay alot for your medical aid.
Been there twice for an emergency first time I was treated by a white doctor who said I’m faking my episode didn’t even pay attention to me secondly I waited alone in an emergency room for 3 hours waiting for a doctor to help it’s just not nice being there at all, the level of service is too poor for a hospital and their reception staff are very rude.
Lovely experience. From casualty, nurses and right up to Dr Mahlangu. Such a pleasant experience.
