My boyfriend went to Dr. Botha. He was rude and rushed the consultation. He didn’t take his temperature or blood pressure, he was rude when my boyfriend tried to explain his medical history. He didn’t even tell us the diagnosis or explain the medication he gave us. Would not recommend seeing this doctor.
Dr Janneker is thorough, attentive and caring. I have seen her several times over the years, and so has my mom, and we consistently receive the same quality care and service from her. Thank you Dr Janneker.
Missed my appointment with Dr Wilken due to personal reasons and was advised that he will refuse to see me again. Not professional at all.wasnt happy with my fillings also and when bringing it to his attention nothing was done to correct the situation.
Dr Pretorius is the most amazing person. She is kind and compassionate and one helluva dentist. Joyce and Dr Pretorius make one mean team. I have had work done by them and I am so lucky that she was recommend to me by Tass Laboratories. I have only good things to say about them. Dr Pretorius has very high standards and is pedantic. Everything must be 100%. If you are looking for THE Dentist do yourself a favour and book with her.
My 82 year old mom was seen on the 27th June – today she had to go back because she got worse. Her account is not in arrears – except for the payment of the 27th June which was sumbitted for payment. The Dr refused to see her until she paid for LAST WEEK. Obviously Dr Scherrer is in the medical business for the money and not to actually look after patients. Shocking! Its heartbreaking to hear an 82 year old lady cry because they treated so badly. I will find a decent Dr who actually cares.
