Dentists are terrible. Lazy and negligent. Do not waste your time.

Dr Pienaar is an exellent doctor. Diagnoses was spot-on. A kind doctor that listens to you and explain everything patiently. I absolutely recommend him. The sister and receptionist hugged me and showed me they really care. I got there, went through and saw doctor right away.

Will definitely not go back. The way I was treated by Dr Wilken today is really disappointing and unprofessional. He was extremely rude as he told me to leave the room and wait outside while he works on my 7 year old to pull her tooth. And that just because my 7 year old was afraid and crying a bit. He was absolutely rude and could have just explained/ asked nicley that she might do better if I am not in the room.

If he does not want to work with children or pull teeth, he might want to consider what he is doing.

There is no excuse to treat someone the way he did, and might I add we pay for his services, its not like it’s free!!!

Firstly I would like to thank the awesome receptionists at Heathworx Valley View, for their friendly service, not just to me but to all the other clients I saw come into the reception. Secondly, thank you to the nursing staff, who were reassuring and caring throughout my treatment. And a very special THANK YOU to Dr. Janneker, for her knowledge, empathy, decisiveness and most notably, her kind-heartedness. I would definitely recommend HealthworX Valley View anyone who wants quality health care.

Wow Dr Botha I wouldn’t recommend him. Arrogant, ignorance at a high level. What worse is the other Doctors I have seen before are super nice and professional 🙁 so disappointed
