Unreachable reception. And when you do reach them and ask to relate a message to the doctor, nothing gets done. They also keep sending me bills that are not mine.
I would like to express my absolute disappointment with the locum doctor,
Dr Dikamba, that I saw 2023/05.
Not only was I not properly examined, my symptoms just fell on deaf ears.
After I explicitly told him that I had a Nissen Fundoplication done 7 months ago, I can therefore not vomit nor do I have heartburn, I was prescribed medicine for heartburn and flatulence.
I came in with a severe stomach bug. I had watery diarrhea, I was nauseous, I had a skin rash all over my body (like hives), he only checked my tongue and pressed on the area my nissen was performed and prescribed: Gasgon, Adco-Mayogel and Zofer.
The Zofer kept me from vomiting, but I mean seriously. Nothing for my gastro, nothing for the hives on my body. Everything for heartburn – which I absolutely do not have and cannot get!
I literally threw R1500 down the drain yesterday with my visit and I reported this to Dawn, not sure if she is in charge, but this is who I was supposed to talk to. I demanded a refund but they just refused.
Very uninformed doctor and horrible admin! I love Dr Janneker but I had taken my business elsewhere, because of the poor service I get from that Health Centre’s admin department.
My family and I have been seeing Dr Juanita Muller for more than 18 years. We started seeing her when she was at Princess Crossing Medi Cross Medical Centre. When she moved to Health-WorX Medical Centre we gladly followed this lovely Dr. The reason being: her extreme patience, she is always smiling and is dedicted to her calling. She is a good listener, takes her time and is extremely knowledgeable. It’s such a pleasure dealing with her. I definitely recommend her to anybody. I wish I could give her more than 10 stars but l’m limited to 5.
