Ebony Park Clinic

I went there 3 times this week “I’m pregnant ” I explained the situation of pains that I’m having and bleeding all they could say is that I must come back Monday they are fully booked one of the nurses than stated that it was non of their problem and the is nothing thet can do

They are always busy – walking up and down but our lines never move. Then they suddenly walk around with Albany bread … I got there at 06:00 and left at 4pm. They are busy but not hands on

As badly as I wanted to give ebony Park clinic a bad rating I just could not bring myself to do it. I went there yesterday for my last antenal check up as I had moved from elsewhere and this happened to be my nearest clinic. I got there at around 06:30 AM and was in that follow up line for 9 hours straight. At 40 weeks pregnant I just couldn’t do it anymore, I could not sit in that line so I got up and asked for my antenal records from the nurse and she blatantly refused. We had a bit of a fall out and at first I perceived it as her being rude but after another hour, it was finally my turn in and she tended to me and there it hit me, she was not being rude but was being stern. She wasn’t thinking of herself or being selfish like I was, she was thinking about the life in my womb. She could have easily given me my records and sent me home, less work for her, but she didn’t, she stood firm and made me stay for my check up not for her own sake but for my baby’s. I am truly grateful for her and she was extremely nice to me during the check up unfortunately it was my last.
