Worst service
Been here for 5 hours there’s no nurses. Only one nurse
Worst Service ever. They take long to help you at the receptionist. When you done with your bp they tell you only one nurse is working other nurses didn’t come to work. The available nurse takes lunch more than 1 hour lunch. We’ve been sitting here for 4 hours 30 minutes now.
As I disclosed my problem, these two nurses laughed at me and made jokes about how I speak. I was so hurt but then there was nothing I could’ve done. May God keep their jobs. 😥
Public service is the right of the public not an opportunity to abuse the poor or elevate your self-esteem.
The staff at this public clinic seems lacking of validation to a point of abusing their positions to enjoy the suffering of others. I am accompanying a neighbour who attempted taking his life. The lack of ethics and the self elevation here is abominable.
The security is more competent than the clinical staff.
