The service was the worst, I arrive around 12 for family planning only for them to help us around 4. The nurses been on lunch since 12, Department of health must get better nurses this is really not right

I love it when I go on unexpected adventures.

A lady who took her 5 children from My Mothers Orphanage New Jerusalem Children’s Home about 10 years ago, needed assistance , as she was not well since the past week aches and pains , she wanted to see a Doctor.

They live in the lower income Shack areas of Midrand area. She’s like a sister to me and her tenacity to take back all her kids is not something you witness commonly.

Moving along when I collected her she told me that the hospital charges but clinic will assist so I find myself going to Ebony clinic which is open 24 hours and is right next to Ponelopele Oracle Secondary and very close driving distance It was better than I expected.

I went in and sat with her at the reception it was clean and someone at the window helping the line which was not long and moving , she told me it would take a long time she had to go through registration and the works so I sat with her for a bit , she told me she would keep me in the loop about what’s happening via Facebook. A tool I’m seeing is preferred than WhatsApp as you get free data for Facebook

I went to the ladies to see what’s happening that’s always a good indication and all I can say is much more order than expecting.

Since I was not treated here I don’t know how the treatment was for those in need, yet I’ll find out from my Sister Friend how it went and rate it from there.

Poor service especially the chronic department very poor
