My sister and I were shouted at and were told not to speak in Tshivenda by Matshidiso at Reception. Our fault was to go to this hospital to find out more information about the maternity unit / booking process . Matshidiso told my sister to only go there and ask questions when she in labor… The whole experience has left us traumatized and disappointed. Hopefully other patients will be spoken to with dignity and be provided with the information they need.
