I had a Traumatic experience today at Helderkruin Clinic and Discovery Clinic saved me.
I arrived early at Helderkruin clinic and wasted my time only to be told thet they don’t issue Insulin injection.
That horrible nurse didn’t even show remorse or at least offer a reference letter. I honestly felt like beating her ugly fave up.
I then went to Discovery clinic and was scared to even go as I arrived at 14:00.
Wow what a service I got. All Vitals checked and I got my medication. I left the building at 15:00.
I am highly highly grateful , this shows a difference between Nurses and Doctors who studied to safe lives and those who only passed with 40% and only Applied for jobs to survive.
A psychiatrist was meant to call me back urgently as I have serious mental health issues…it has been 2 weeks no call and I am battling…their number doesn’t even work. I am not blaming anyone but if I take my life simply because I am struggling n they don’t even call me what must happen?
I was absolutely amazed at this clinic,it was clean,staff were so helpful, Doctor was amazing,and to get my meds took me 2 minutes.They are really trying with this public facility.A big thumbs up.
