Very unhappy with the service from the clinic
After sitting and waiting for the nurse for over an hour and waiting for 3 patients to be helped, as soon as it is our turn, they push a new client in front of us because they had an appointment. This just seems unfair to me seeing that they didn’t even sit and wait for 5 min. Then also to be told sorry but after that patient she has another appointment so she will only be able to help us in an hour. I feel they should put up a sign stating that they help patient with appointments first or put up a board with the appointment times that is book so you don’t sit and wait and can’t be help.
