I was there looking for a specific foundation. I’d been struggling to find for weeks, we’re only in town once a week so I was very disappointed when it was out of stock. The friendly, incredibly helpful lady at the beauty counter was so helpful by phoning all the other branches in the area to find out if they have stock and was able to organise delivery from another branch, same day and within 2 hours (I wish I remembered her name). She went above and beyond and I was able to get what I needed in the same day without leaving the mall. It was so refreshing to get this amazing and efficient service. Thank you again.
I called about the footy ‘s special because I didn’t want to come all the way and not get the 2+1 promotion for R80 3 packers. The manager on the phone told the special is not there it’s R60 per pack. Yet I just saw a post on Facebook someone saying they got the special from mall of the North Dischem n I called more then 4times to make sure. They said nothing. Very disappointing
