Dis-Chem Pharmacy Mall Of The North – Limpopo

As I’m posting this I’m sitting in the queue for more than an hour now, the nurse is still busy with the 1st patient she is seeing for the day. We understand clinic at the pharmacy is full service and it’s unlike at dispensary and cashiers. But when the nurse is attending to patients she must try to balance the time & I know it depends on a patient’s individual needs. But no man you must improve they mustn’t drag their feet please.

All other services ok,but there is a rude dischem guy who collects trolleys. Imagine stopping a customer, pushing an empty dischem trolley ,going to Dischem and demanding that they let go of the trolley as they will find trolleys inside Dischem! What’s wrong with me getting a trolley outside on busy monthends where trolleys can be in short supply? The Oldman couldn’t be reasoned with,so l let go of the trolley and bought my stuff at Clicks instead.

It’s much great but they should have cosmetics, like wave products and brushes

Absolutely pathetic service. Have to stand in a line for over 25 minutes to get one thing at self medication counter. When I asked if there is some else who can assist at the counter as it’s end of the month and only one person attending they said no. When o said 25 minutes is too long the person at counter said it just too bad.
