Poor service. The non-appointment patience are given unfair treatment. You visit the clinic early in the morning and are told you will be treated after all patients.
I missed a date to collect Medicine at Clicks. I was told to wait for consultation even if it was not my consultation date.
Instead of giving you medication you were unable to collect at Clicks. You are mafr yowait more than six hours.
Very incompetent staff, slow and lazy reception staff. they dont want to do their work. they are rude, unprofessional and they treat people with disrespect. They are so rude to young people and dont prioritize people with serious health problems. Quick to knock off but slow to attend to patients. They want to be begged to do their job. They will tell you to come back the next day without helping you with anything. A lot of people complain about the service delivery here but there are no changes.
This place is so slow they need to improve even if you make a appointment you wait the whole day in line wat is the point
