Why do they refuce to see my husband. He hasn’t got an appointment now they refuse to help him. Since when do they refuse to help if he hasn’t got an appointment. To me it is unfair.
This clinic has good staff but the management is very very poor and not organized, no team work at all.
Worst service ever you have to wait 6 hours to be assisted
The experience was bad and unfair for me because I had an appointment in the morning and it’s almost closing time. And still nothing, it’s wasting your time in a clinic when they gave you a fixed time to come and don’t attend to you. Plus the system is slow AF.

No help from staff they walk around doing nothing patients sit and wait for hours without any help never in my life have i seen more pathetic people than the staff at this clinic it is actualy a wonder that this place is not closed by now
