Good service but there is always a long line
Very poor service especially for those without appointments, these thing of theirs changin receptionists is downing the service because everytime they change they also change how things work, been waiting for three hours, mind u been here at reception. Cleaners are cleaning showing its closing time. People that had appointments even if they missed that time were seen before me. So I have to take another off work to come back here again
I like it, its clean staff friendly considering how many ppl show up and how many doctors the are during the week
Came here for Consultation before my Consultation Date since i was preparing for my Dads Funeral … mind you i called a day Before and Spoke to a Guy called Ore Tshivase….. the Following Morning i went there only to be told ill only be assisted after the 11am appointments are done with …;. i stand for over 6 hours and was turned back to come back the Following morning
