Just had the worst experience at crosby clinic the staff that was supposed to be on duty on a Saturday decided to take the morning off and go shopping while patients waited for them from 8 am till 10:45 am, when they eventually come back they say they can only service a number of people not everyone who had been waiting. So incompetent and unhelpful.
Very unprofessional I had to wait outside for 1 hour before there could attend me
Worst clinic ever they don’t do they jobs they didn’t check my child weight, temperature nothing they getting paid to sit around and do nothing they useless very sad government clinic it should actually be closed down they can’t even make a file for a patient the staff is rude very rude till the security himself and very unprofessional they seriously need to change management and the stuff it’s a disgrace they can’t even do the simple check ups
I had a fever and I was told to wait outside where it was burning and when I finally got assistance the nurse was very rude and told me I am faking my sickness because I have a hoodie on? Its like they’re just there for vibes and not to help anyone.
