I took my daughter for a continuous cough, after 5 hours of waiting they gave her 10 allergex, they did not even check her vitals. More Doctor’s and Nurses need to be employed at clinics 🙏
The nurse that was helping me on the 6th Sep, was busy with a cellphone chatting. I felt I wasn’t recognized as I needed assistance. I hope the service could improve for more patients to come so they may receive a better service 🙂.
Worst clinic ever they don’t do these jobs nicely they didn’t check my child weight,temp, height nothing they getting paid to sit around and do nothing they useless very sad govt clinic,the staff is rude very rude security also very unprofessional they seriously need to change management, they can’t even do the simple check ups they never give any medicine to child or adult like panadol or multivitamin always said buy from pharmacy
Worst clinic ever. We waited in the waiting room for 2 hours
And the guy at the reception desk told us (when we sked) he said they don’t have specific time for lunch they take it anytime they want. What kind of a clinic is this? Bad service even the manager doesn’t know how to do her job she her employees do whatever they like.
