M so disappointed with the service I recieved today. I arrived at 6h30 am, had to wait outside the gate while it was raining. The guard was there, busy with God knows what. We waited there until after 8 whereby 2 staff members came to tell us that they are not going to open today due to Covid cases and the facility that haven’t been fumigated yet. After two hours of waiting in the rain. You don’t even deserve this one star👎

The staff at family planning is extremely unproffessional, judgemental and make snide comments in your face, especially these young guys at reception and the older nurses. Would not recommend this place at all.

Help desk staff are extremely rude & unhelpful (they have a holier than thou attitude and treat public like dirt. The literally say to you we are the bosses you will becareful how you speak to us speak when spoken to.)

Directing staff enjoy humiliating patients

Nurses are rude and unprofessional lacking complete empathy and politeness.

Urine testing Toilet is completely broken no flush been like this for over 3 years. Most toilet taps broken.

For a health facility it’s completely disheartening to even go. Going there just brings me to tears…you health staff took an oath but instead you treat people like animals…if you don’t want to be there just shut down .

The staff sits arounds and gossips while watching you you wait in the queue. Very unprofessional and rude staff. No gloves are worn when administering injections. No privacy during consultations. Other nurses barge in to chat. Other patients are brought in to wait inside consultation room while you are still consulting . Poor service and care. I am highly disappointed.
