Have been visiting this clinic for a while and my doctors are wonderful (Dr. Reza and Dr. Faizal). But today had to see a different doctor for my brother for a vaccination as my doctors were fully occupied. The doctor charged my brother twice for the appointment on the same day. He asked us to get the vaccine from the chemist and said that he would just administer the vaccine in between the patients. We did as he said, got the vaccine and waited for like 1 hour for the vaccine to be administered. As we were leaving finishing everything, we were charged for the second appointment again in 10 mins interval. My doctors had administered the vaccine but never charged me double. Dont want to give any stars for this reason.
Had blood taken this morning after a failed attempt last week and the lady who did it was so lovely and made the awful experience much better.
Compassionate and super friendly. Happy to have her I should have grabbed her name.
I have been waiting patiently for 30 minutes and probably I will keep waiting for another half an hour longer. They have a policy of 2 maximum for cancellation or you get fully charged, however you have to wait for free 30 minutes or more with your mouth well closed. Horrible experience
Waited for 1 hour for my consultation and had a really disappointing experience with Dr Arun Singla.
