Went in for a routine blood panel test. When the results came in Dr. Chaudry said I had multiple figures that were high, including testosterone, which was >10X normal, and sent me to get another test. When the 2nd test came back also extremely high he referred me to a specialist. Puzzled, I googled the normal range and quickly noticed that I had been input into the system as FEMALE, as written on both test reports. He blamed the lab for the mistake but changed the gender in his software, then printed off a THIRD blood test request.
I don’t expect a GP to memorise blood marker ranges, but a quick google or detailed review would have saved me so many hours and stress. I researched the normal male ranges and everything else that was previously high (for a female) was normal.
The front desk staff were nice, I waited up to an hour for appointments. Won’t be coming back. Maybe the bulk bill GPs are just getting flogged and can’t keep up.
Booked 3 appointments here and had all 3 of them cancelled by sms . Useless and understand the lowest reviews for a clinic online.
Friendly staff. Happy to wait that extra bit of time if it means my appointment is bulk billed. There isn’t to many bulk billing doctors left so thanks you for staying bulk billing!
A very unprofessional people, the appointment for my son was at 12.40 and we wait for an hour to see a doctor . It is not the first time. The receptionist asked me to leave the office because I was telling him how we feel. Bad customer service.
