I am disappointed with my recent visit to Dr. Shuangli Wang, a General Practitioner. Her behavior was highly unprofessional; she displayed rudeness and showed little interest in listening to my health concerns. This experience was particularly disheartening because I have never encountered such insensitivity from a healthcare professional before. It is evident that Dr. Wang could benefit from improving her professionalism and interpersonal skills. I am reluctant to continue seeking care from someone who made me feel this way and who failed to address my needs adequately. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and unwilling to waste more time and money on appointments that only serve to disappoint and disrupt my day.
Literally the worst place to be the waiting is minimum for 2 hours even after appointment. Had the worst experience with Dr Arun Singla as well won’t recommend this at all

I booked my appointment on phone , showed up on the day and was told you don’t have a booking today , nor the next two weeks, but you can book in for tomorrow
I will never come back again such a waste of time.
POV: If you can wait for ‘OVER HOURS++’, it’s not bad at all. I was be there before the appointment time 40 mins and extra waiting time 1.5 hrs. As reception mentioned me it is always late after appointment time. Don’t know we can’t change their the service. just feedback.
