Waiting time is a way too long.. i always have to wait at least 30-45 min whenever i go there even after booking an appointment in advance. Can you please do something about the wait time, it’s crazy every time.
Don’t waste your time coming here, if you aren’t using “hotdoc” to get yourself an appointment you’ll spend nearly 10 mins on hold. The clinicians are very average and provide very little to no care for their patients. My blood test results were lost and i had to take another day off work to come back in for another consult/referral just to do another blood test. Not ideal for someone struggling financially and can’t afford to take more days off work.
I went for IV iron infusion today and i told the nurse that i got very tiny vein and may required 22g IV cannula. The nurse asked me to bring 22g cannula by myself next time if i am having another round of IV iron infusion as they dont stock smaller size cannula… seriously???The nurse even dont know what she is doing… asking more personal questions rather than focusing on her job. She didnt even asked me to sign the consent form nor confirmed whether i was the right person coming in for infusion. What a unprofessional service…
