All the staff are ao caring and wonderful. Casualty works very hard and as fast as they can.
5 hours waiting at the emergency centre and still not seen by a doctor. Nurse says there is only 1 doctor on duty. Netcare happy to charge rip off fees but not able to provide a reasonable level of service.
Awful service at the so-called “24 Hour Accident & Emergency”. They ought to make it clear that you could be waiting 24 hours to be seen. My 81 year old mother is still waiting for suturing after 3 hours. ER Consulting, a separate private firm running the “emergency” facility out to be replaced.
