Amazing maternity ward and staff. You can see they all love working with baby’s and helping new moms.
Waiting over 2 hours to see a doctor. Absolute no consideration for patients, why call it a casualty and emergency unit all the while nurses and young docter stand around and chat.
My daughter hurt her arm. It was not checked, she was in pain. They didn’t even give something for pain. After 2 hours I asked if there was a Dr here, then we were sent for x-rays. They only gave her pain meds now. We are still waiting for a Dr. Communication is poor
I won’t recommend anyone coming here any more.
On the 14th of April I look my 4 month old daughter to casualty and she was admitted. On the 25th of April we were finally discharged. I want to say THANK YOU!!! Start to the end I don’t have one bad word to say, Dr Moodley and Dr Bruce, thank you for explaining everything to me for being comfort and caring, not only towards my daughter but towards us as parents. Then the biggest thank you to the nurses, food lady and cleaning lady in the pead ward. Everyone of those beautiful angels, yes you are angels, morning meds and chats, just popping in to see if everything is OK. Always smiling, always SO much care towards the kids. They are OUT OF THIS WORLD. I CAN’T THANKS THOSE BEAUTIFUL NURSES ENOUGH. I can tell you, 11 days in hospital is not easy but thanks to those ladies, it was easy. I just saw and heard a tiny bit of what they go through on a daily basis and Wow. The fact that they still smile is wonderful. I take my hat off to each and every single lady. I wish I could take you all on a spa day just to relax a bit. I HOPE THIS GET SEEN AND PASSED OVER TO THE. LADIES. THANK YOU THANK YOU AND AGAIN THANK YOU. I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING, FROM THE SMILE TO THE JOKES TO SINGING AND CHATTING TO DEMI. LOVE AND RESPECT TO EACH AND EVERY ANGEL. DEMI, MOM AND DAD. THE ISO 6 ROOM.
We would like to thank and applaud the service that we received today at the hospital. It was our 1st time at this hospital but their service and professionalism is out of this world.
We would like to thank the Receptionist that assisted us around 6am,the nurses from Orthopedic ward who were on duty from 7am,Anasthetic,Prof Lukhele’s PA. It was the 1st time my husband was admitted in hospital but everybody made him feel at ease. Everything was explained to us and him and wow, we can’t stop talking about the service he received . We wish that, all the hospital can learn from this hospital. We never felt that, we’re not staying that side.
To all the people that assisted Mr. Aaron Masekoameng today, who was Prof Lukhele”s patient, the Masekoameng’s family would like to thank you and may God continue to bless you and keep you the way you are.
