I was admitted on 26 April for an operation at Panorama Hospital Maternity Ward. Thank you to the amazing Doctors and Theater nurses for a succesful surgery.To the wonderful caring Day and Night Nurses for making my stay and recovery comfortable, thank you. I would Highly Recommend Panorama Hospital for Amazing Medical Service.
Re: Emergency unit receptionist

I hate writing reviews like this, however, I’m am so disappointed at the attitude and service that I received.
We arrived just after 16h40 on the 26/05/2024 as my son seemed to have fractured his wrist. When we got to the emergency unit, I said to the receptionist that we are here as my son has hurt his wrist and we would like a Dr to see him. Her answer was “there is a waiting time”, I then asked her well how long would it be, she said ” about 2-3 hours” at that point I understand it’s Sunday but let me explain something. She works at the emergency unit, where empathy, sympathy and kindness should be a criteria when dealing with patients. I didn’t experience any of those.
When my husband asked her, are you guys busy here. She said “well it’s Sunday so don’t think there are many drs here”. Again we understand it’s Sunday, but again, the attitude.
I didn’t mind waiting 2-3 hours, but the way in which were dealt with, was just not on.
I called N1 city hospital, and the first thing the lady on the phone said was oh no that’s terrible to hear, please come straight through and we will get a Dr to look at him as soon as there is one available. Now that is how you treat a patient.
I didn’t get her name, but I’m sure you can check the roster and see who was working. She was the only lady there.
I’ve been going to Panorama since before my kids were born, more than 15 years and can honestly say that I have never experienced anything like that.

A very pleasant experience. The staff was amazing, always ready to be of service. Management was quick to help with any queries that we had and willing to work with our insurance company to get everything sorted.
Very poor service and care.
My father passed away due to that.
