5 Star treatment from arrival – the friendly Parking Attendants and the Porters inside and outside the hospital, right through to each and every medical staff member and reception, especially the most caring nurses in the colorectal wards who made all of us so comfotable, in radiology even and the Pathcare nurses. all of them, each individual care giver literally cured my fear of hospitals for life. The nursing staff actually truly cares about you pain, your comfort and even checked how much I ate. Never seen anything like it, they are care givers of note. The Fabulous! Dr Spinks and her team was simply amazing – they really listen, they put their great minds together to come up with a trearment plan. From day 1 – they put me so at ease. I ended up with Dr Trudy Smith and will never look back I know it. She is a real fixer that gets to the bottom of things with the best bedside manner. These are all medical experts whom are not merely practicing medecine, but are determined to get to the bottom of the problem and cure you and most of all treat you with honest dignity. They work together like a well oiled Titanic engine room and the bedside manner from top to bottom is unlike any I’ve ever experienced. From the bottom of my heart I want to truly and honestly thank each of you. I salute you!
