Windsor East Clinic

This is the worst clinic I ever attended…there’s this stupid security guy who was busy insulting patients, I think it’s high time securities are put in their places .. in their head the prolly think they own all subsidies they are employed in honestly…aah as for the nurses they just so slow and take forever to assist patients, something has to be done here, a person cannot wait 8 hours at the clinic just to get prevention pills or an injection.

I went to this place yesterday. I was absolutely shocked for starters I was RACIALLY INSULTED. when I asked for medication I was told they don’t have and on top of that they told me if I want medication I should go and buy it myself or make home remedies.

The service it’s going down each and every time I went with my 9years old daughter there she had stomach cramps screaming she couldn’t take it and one of the nurses came and said I must tell my child to keep quiet coz she is making noise ,the sister took her in and she sent us to Rhaima Moosa straight coz it was serious

Mow today I am Here the 7th November 2023 from 12h05 they said we must wait outside for screening the whole 20 minutes no one came to screen it’s raining and it’s cold there is this small boy from school he is sick ,after screening we get inside we are just sitting no one is helping they are having their coffee and tea it’s not fair at all, Idon’t kno

Very unprofessional I was there from the half past 7 when it opened up until 12 o’clock. Favouritism is what runs this clinic

Went for family planning services, which is only available on Friday mornings.

Friendly and professional staff and nurses.

Clean en well-equipped facilities.

Safe area for women and the elderly.

Good turnaround time given how busy they are.

Only downside was a 4-hour waiting time.
