I went to the clinic today feeling really ill I went around 9am and there were like 4 more people that were there with me we sat outside the clinic for about an hour then someone called us in we sat for another hour after the registration procedure and no one was attending to the patients time it was not even busy im not one to complain but what happened today really hurt me I ended up leaving without getting treated
I’m at the clinic no one is attending to us. It has been an hour already no one says anything to update us. At the reception 3 ladies and a gentleman are sitted some of the stuff they are not even wearing name tags. Poor services
