Your staff members has no clue what is going on around them, could barely keep up with a telephone query and clearly had no interest in me or my query. could someone please provide me with details of the lab that does your covid-19 tests as there seem to be a delay in the sms and notification of my results…..when I tried to call back to speak to someone else the phone was taken off the hook, you guys work till 14h00 but no service of any sort by the time the clock strikes 13h30……….pathetic!!!!!
A doctor here refused to treat a patient with a concussion and spent the session screaming at her until she had a panic attack. He said that there is cocaine in caffeine from energy drinks. We will be taking further action as this is abuse, neglect, and misinformation.
