Firstly, advertised opening time is not 7:15 am but 8am. Staffs strolled in at 8:20am like they were in holiday. Waiting in a queue with no cover in rain. Upon final entry and needing to register to get a card, was told that proof of address is required and promptly shown a notice at the desk of this. Now PLEASE PLEASE, tell me why this information is not displayed outside so that people do not have to wait over an hour to be turned away.

After waiting 45 minutes after the time they are actually supposed to open, they ask us for papers and forms nobody bothered telling us over the phone we needed, which took me about an hour to get a hold of somebody as well.
The service in this place is absolutely ridiculous. An absolute waste of time.
You can’t even contact the facility on the number that they provide on Google. I’ve been waiting 3 days for my Covid test result back and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Honestly pathetic…
